Why dosent Turbo Tax reflect the payment for my last years return?

If you are talking about the fee you paid TT for the use of the program that is NOT automatically entered since the program cannot confirm that you actually paid the fee OR that you didn't pay other fees unknown by the program.  This is an amount you must enter yourself from your own records.

Tax prep fees are no longer deductible, starting in 2018.
