Why does TurboTax want me to complete Schedule B Interest and Ordinary Dividends when I don't have a 1099-INT and didn't earn over $15.00 in interest?

Did you maybe have some 1099 that transferred over from last year?  You might need to delete them.  Interest and Dividends can come from other places too like from a K-1 form.  Or if you imported any 1099B sales or 1099R from brokers or funds, it may have found some 1099 Int or 1099Div also.
