Why does Turbotax tell me I can't put my address on the state return?

TurboTax transfer your address from the federal return so you don't enter it again on your state taxes.

O.K., but when I erased it, Turbotax told me I needed to enter that information. I cannot move forward with the information, nor without it.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.
