Why does TurboTax Premier fail to transfer my approximate $15,000 of interest and dividend income from a trust (K-1) onto my 1040?

Trust income not transferring from K-1 to 1040

In TurboTax Self-Employed, I was able to create a Form 1041 Schedule K-1 with interest income in box 1 and dividends in box 2a and 2b.  The income correctly flowed to the 1040.

Are you able to view the 1040?  You can review the 1040 in TurboTax Online by following these directions.

• Down the left side of the screen, click on Tax Tools.
• Click on Tools.
• Under Other helpful links, click on View Tax Summary.
• Down the left side of the screen, click on Preview My 1040 to see the actual tax return that you prepared.
• Down the left side of the screen, click Back to return.

The income will transfer, but it will not appear in the K-1 summary; the income will be dispersed to the proper section of the program (e.g., interest on 1099-INT).
