Why does TurboTax online and the phone system say they are open Monday thru Sunday 5am - 9pm Pacific time, but both the online AI agent and the phone system say they are closed when I called within those hours?

You must have looked at an out of date FAQ. The current customer support hours are 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday - Friday Pacific time.
