Why does Turbotax keep sending me to their payment site even though I selected NC Dept Rev payment?

I selected to pay my tax directly with NC Dept of Revenue, made the payment, and turbotax keeps trying to charge me to file my tax, and won't efile.

Using TT Desktop, there is a TT fee to efile the State return.
