Why does Turbo Tax says the Form 1116 is not yet available when it clearly is available for 2021 on the IRS website?

Availability of a form on the IRS website is not the same as having the form in tax preparation software where all the calculations and inputs/output for the form have to be coded.

Form 1116, Foreign Tax Credit for tax year 2021 is estimated to be available in TurboTax on 03/03/2022

Because it has to be integrated into their software with new dates and all changes from 2020.  This takes time.
