similar efile issue is resolved for me after latest update/fix.

As per Turbotax expert file this year taxes as is with access 401k contribution, if turbo tax doesn't let you efile then print and file thru mail. Requested a refund of the excess contribution preferably before 15th April,2018. This will be reported to you on a 2019 Form 1099-R.
