Why does Turbo Tax keep putting my address in Italy?

Starting today, on the Personal Info page, it shows my Mailing address with country changed from United States to Italy, Even though I select US Address, and put in a US Address, and US Zip code.  
It shows my us address with no state, no zip "123 main st / cityname , Italy"

Have tried putting in a Germany address as a "Foreign Address", which will work, but if I try to enter a "US Address" it reverts to country Italy.

Where is Italy being set, and how to reset it back to United States?

This is for my prior saved tax returns as well, what used to work fine, now changes Mailing Address to Italy upon opening the file.

In the Personal Info address, do you have a state entered or Foreign entered for State of Residence?    It is the very first screen in the Personal Info section.

mysteriously, this went away on it's own, while working on a tax form unrelated to the profile settings.

The weird thing was affecting already completed tax return files. Opening these files showed the same error.
It wasn't constrained to a single tax return file. That suggests a global setting rather than a single corrupted tax return.
