Why does the refund on my downloaded return not match the amount TurboTax is showing as my refund?

If you are getting your refund amount from your TurboTax Home page you will want to look at the FEDERAL E-FILE ACCEPTED amount and input that in the Where's My Refund tracking tool.

My original return was rejected.  I fixed the problem and received a larger refund.  When I go to print the corrected 1040, I only get a copy of the original, rejected return.
