Why does the imported Capital Gain Distribution from a brokerage account on form 1099-DIV not show up on the income summary.

Yeah, since it isn't really a dividend, TTX has chosen not to include it on the menu page total...it just goes directly into the Schedule D.

It is handled properly on the actual forms
