Why does the form keep telling me I am not eligible to file because of tax return or something. But they can help me mail it, but it will not continue.

If you’re not being allowed to e-file, it’s hard to tell what’s going on without knowing what message you received. However, see the TurboTax Help article Why can't I e-file my return? for possible reasons you’re not being allowed to e-file.

There are certain forms that the IRS can't accept via e-file submission. 

Only the forms shown in the Tax year 2023 accepted forms and schedules for individual tax returns and extensions spreadsheet on the IRS' Tax year 2023 Modernized e-File schema and business rules for individual tax returns and extensions page can be filed electronically.

If the issue isn’t not being allowed to e-file, please provide more information.
