Why does the amount on my return from federal differ from the final review amount?

It says on my federal tax return that I am owed $ 131. On the review page it said $41, why?

We don't know what review screen you are looking at. The federal refund is on 1040 line 35a. The review at the end could be the net of federal and state. Do you owe $90 to the state? Or is $90 the Turbo Tax fees? Did you select to have the fees deducted from your refund?
