Why does tax turbo say in progress for my other federal and state refund but accepted for both of them on another page??

What do you mean "other refunds"?    Did you change the originally filed returns in the program after they were accepted?

yes. i received my first w-2, filed for that. got accepted, received another one, added and filed that, but now it just keeps saying in progress on the top. and i’m only getting sent my first refund from the one i filed first :((

Well that is a problem ... you need to Amend the return not just change it ... so undo the changes and wait for the original refund to come in THEN  come back and amend the return ... by that time the amendment process will be operational ...
