Why does my Self-employment income and expenses Freelance say Needs Review?

I've checked this section at least three times and it still says, in red, Needs review.

We cannot see your return in this forum. Have you clicked on the item for review? Is it bringing you to a specific area of your self-employment section? 

Follow these steps:

• From the Federal menu, click on Income & Expenses
• Expand the menu for Self-Employment
• Click Start/Revisit next to Self-employment income & expenses
• Edit next to the business or Add the business if needed
• Review any area that says "Review" next to it to try to correct the error message

Yes, I've checked through this section several times and there are no indicated errors pointed out.
