Why does my account say I didn’t file last year

Did you use a different account last year? TurboTax accounts do not "know" about your other accounts.

You may have more than one account. To get a list of your User IDs, use the tool at the link below. When using the Account Recovery tool, try using your phone number first then with your email address to check for multiple accounts.
