The new tax law effective for 2018, eliminated the 1040A and 1040EZ, so all now have to use the Form 1040.

Which is the size of a postcard, however if you have other things, you will have schedules attached.

However do not worry as TurboTax takes care of this for you.

There is no short form for 2018 return.
