Why does it say that I’m getting back 329 Federal but at the Bottom it says I’m getting 928 I’m so confused

You will see an estimate at the top of your screen that looks like this.  This is only an estimate and you can chose to hide it by selecting hide.

When you are completely done with your return the two amounts will match.
