It is possible that your information from the prior year got transferred over. If the Form 1099-INT does not apply, you can simply remove it from the program.

In TurboTax online edition,

  • Sign in to your account, select Pick up where you left off
  • On your left, Select Tax Tools/drop-down menu
  • Select Tools
  • Under Other helpful links, choose to Delete a form
  • Select Delete next to Form 1099-INT and Continue with My Return to proceed
