You may have accidently went into that area or had a 1099R in a prior year.
Go to income, then to Retirement area and try deleting the 1099R.

If that does not work go to Delete a Form and delete the 1099R. You will do this by:
Log into account
continue with the return
then go to MY ACCOUNT in the blue area at the top
Then click on TOOLS
then below the boxes will be DELETE A FORM
click on this and find that pesky 1099R and delete it.
