Since no one can see your tax return and we do not know why it was rejected then your question cannot be answered.
What was the rejection code and message you received for the last rejection?
My return was rejected because the AGI didn't agree, husband's electronic signature didn't agree, etc. I researched and found the problem(s) could have resulted from the filing of an amended return in 2018, or my husband's passing in 2019 (July 22) or, the changing of my email from [email address removed] to [email address removed]. So, I filed a paper return and am hoping I will receive notification that I have complied with all instructions and will receive my refund soon. Please let me know if anything else should be done. I have used TurboTax successfully for many years. Now, when I need the refund the most, I keep hitting road blocks.
