Yes but last year they changed the withholding tables so you got more back in your paychecks all year. And when you both work you make more total income and the withholding is only if you had one job for the both of you. When you both work then one of you should claim Married but withholding at the Single rate.

the 2018 IRS tables actually result in under-withholding.
