Why do I owe the IRS $215 when I am a student? Did I fill something out wrong?

Students are not immune from taxes.
Any scholarships or grants?

I understand that I am not immune, but last year I got a return. I did get scholarships

Scholarships in excess of qualified education expenses are taxable income.

My scholarships are not in excess of my tuition expenses. According to my 1098-T, I paid the school around $3,000.
