Why do I keep getting emails to do my 2024 taxes when I’ve already done them.

I may have done them under a different login then the previous years, but it should still be in the turbo tax database

TurboTax accounts do not "know" about other accounts you have. An "old" account you have is likely triggering those emails, which you can ignore if you know that you filed a return and it was processed by the IRS.
