Why do I keep getting emails saying that I owe for preparation when it was paid when i e-filed my taxes?

If you signed up to do the Refund Transfer in order to have your TurboTax fees withheld from your refund but the IRS still hasn't released your refund (or it was used to offset a debt), then TurboTax did not get paid yet.
