Why do I have to pay estimated taxes for next year? I have adjusted my withholding to cover the difference.

I didn't see anything asking about the estimated taxes before filing. It just automatically added it to my forms.

You do not have to pay estimated taxes, it is a recommendation from Turbo Tax to help with the taxes owed. If you adjusted your withholding that should help reduce the amount you might owe for 2019.
