Why do I have an AR4684 form but do not have a 4684 form for my federal taxes

AR4684 is the Arkansas form for Casualties & Thefts. The federal tax laws changed this deduction for 2018. The deduction for personal casualty or theft losses has been suspended (eliminated) through tax year 2025, unless the loss occurred in a federally-declared disaster area and was directly caused by the disaster. Arkansas did not suspend it so you are able to take this as an itemized deduction without the federal restrictions.
