Why do I have a submission date for the 22nd

I efiled on the 4th and its says pending for the 22nd, I don't know what that means

TurboTax thought the IRS was going to start accepting tax returns on 01/22, however the IRS announced that they will start receiving returns on 01/29.  Your tax return will remain on the TurboTax servers, in a Pending state, until the IRS starts to pull tax returns from the various servers of tax preparation companies, like TurboTax.

Ignore it.   TurboTax "thought" the IRS would begin to accept e-files by 1-22, but now it has changed to 1-29.   Since you already e-filed, your return is just sitting--trapped-- on the server until sometime on or after January 29 when the IRS opens.  Do not try to change anything on the return.
