If you are entering the whole number, this can cause rejection. Try to enter only the 3 first digits of your ID document.
Also:
- Double check that you are not entering the expiration date on the issued date, and vice versa.
- Make sure the date is entered in the following format (MM/DD/YYYY)
- Remove any extra spaces.
If you after those options you are still experiencing the issue, try to clear your Cache and Cookies and re enter your ID number.
