Why didnt turbotax inform me that my return was refused??? Am i going to be fined penalties because i had to refile today, even though i intially filed on 4/14?

Do you have a tax due?  If you are getting a refund there is no penalty or interest for filing late.

and TT should have sent you an email that it was rejected..  look in your spam folder.
