Why didnt it ask for my wifes w-2 info?

If you entered both names in the beginning under personal info and indicated that you were filing jointly, the program will ask who each income document belongs to. This applies to W-2s, 1099-Rs, etc. If will offer the choice for "John" or "Mary" when you first enter the section.
