I just finished e filing my Louisiana federal and state refund. i need to also file a form 8379 but cant figure out howto e file it now.

Why didn't you  file that form WITH the return ?  Now you must wait for the IRS to accept the return or reject it.  If it is rejected you can complete the 8379 section and resubmit the return.  

If the return is accepted you will have to mail in the form 8379.
