Why did we get charged $108 for what is supposed to be $19.99 charge. I was charge $44 dollars for a refund of 41USD on the NJ state and its not even efiled. Not fair.

We charge 108 dollars for what is supposed to be 19.99 that was upgraded to deluxe. And it was not an e-filed
