Why did Turbotax Online CLEAR all of my entered values of RSU cost basis?

I entered all of my RSU sales one at a time with the cost basis, many weeks ago. I didn't file the taxes since my wife needed to do her part. I came back today after she'd finished her part to find EVERY SINGLE ONE OF 48+ transactions has had the cost basis value cleared by the buggy software.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Huge waste of my time.
