Why did my itemized deduction not increase to greater than standard deduction?
I added $163 in unreimbursed expenses, but this did not up my itemized deductions. Prior to adding $163 my deduction was at $6,246, thus it suggests standard deduction of $6,300. But, since I added the $163, I assumed this would take my itemized deductions to $6,409 which would be above the standard deduction. Does anyone know why this didn't happen?

Some deductions (such as unreimbursed employee expenses) are considered Miscellaneous Itemized Deductions, which are limited by the 2% Rule.
