Why did my federal taxes randomly change?

First couple months in 2024 they were taking out federal taxes ( I watched ytd go up too) and then out of nowhere my next paystub says $0 taken and $22 ytd. ( I also see it says I was working " 2 or more jobs? ) I only was employed there 6 months and a different company 6 months.

You have to ask your employer about that.  Have you got your W2s  yet?  You should get a W2 for each job.

You should review your W-4 elections with your employer.  If you indicated you had 2 or more jobs, they may be deducting your Federal tax incorrectly.
