Why did I receive less amount then stated on state return? Was there fees ?

For reference I received about 200 dollars less then what is shown on turbo tax

This forum has no access to your return or data used to prepare it.  It seems the state found some discrepancy.  You should receive an explanation from the state or you can call them

You should look at your actual state return to confirm the original refund amount that was reported to your state.

If  your state is Arizona, Colorado, California, Illinois, Ohio, Oregon, Michigan, or Wisconsin, then it is possible to pay product fees out of a state refund, if you elected that payment method.   If you have both a Federal and state refund and selected the "pay out of state refund" option, then in those states the fees are taken out of whichever refund is deposited first and large enough to cover the fees.

If you used a paid product, try checking your product fees this way:

Log into Online TurboTax, and at the Tax Home page scroll down to Order Details.
