Why did I get charged for doing my taxes and it's supposed to be a Free Edition charge

look at the Tax Return,...  is there a Schedule 1, Schedule 2 or Schedule 3? if yes, that is not part of the 'free edition'.... is that what occured?

What are schedule 1,2 and 3 I didn't see anything 😕

If you start with the TT FREE version and you had to upgrade at any point to enter something the free version does not handle  then at that point you had the option to stop and find another tax program (like the one of the IRS FREE FILE options www.IRS.gov ), choose to file an incomplete return without adding that information by not upgrading   OR  agree to  the upgrade for a fee.  At no time were you forced to do anything.
