You are asked to mail Form 8453 and Form 8949 because you told TurboTax "I'll enter a summary for each sales category" instead of "I'll enter one sale at a time." The "concept" behind "I'll enter a summary for each sales category" is that you have so many trades that entering them one at a time would be too onerous.
Delete that trade and that broker and start over. Click on the right radio button this time.

It's usually because you have too many stock transactions.
If you're filing any of these forms:
Form 1098-C, Form 2848, Form 3115, Form 3468, Form 4136, Form 5713, Form 8283, Form 8332, Form 8858, Form 8864, Form 8885, or Form 8949,
