When I try to transmit the message states that there has been an update and I follow the directions to check for updates and it says I am up-to-date. So, I try again and still the same message. Is there a fix for this?

I can't get the screen to move so I can transmit
I cannot transmit my tax info to IRS through the IRS.gov website using my mobile phone. I completed everything but I can't even see the transmit button much less click on it!

What do you mean by "through the IRS.gov website?"
What product are you using to prepare your tax return? Are you using a TurboTax product, or are you at the IRS website using their Free File Fillable Forms, or are you at the special website for the TurboTax IRS Free File Program, or what?
