Why can't I transfer my .tax2024 file to 2025 TurboTax Premier to start my return?

TurboTax sees my file and asks if I want to transfer it. I select it, but Continue button is not highlighted for selection

If you saved your .tax2024 file to a cloud-type storage, it may have become corrupted. Look for a backup copy on your C drive under Documents > TurboTax.
