Why can’t i simply change my email so i csman receive your passcode

We can tell you how to update the email address in your profile in Account Settings.    But first we need you to clarify "where" you are being asked for a 6-digit code.   Is it when you try to log into Online TurboTax, and it asks for a 6-digit 2-factor authentication code?   

Or can you get into your account OK, but when you are in the process of efiling, is it asking for a 6-digit "email verification code?"

If you can't log in, then we will need to tell you how to recover account access.   Then once you are back in your account how to get to the Intuit Account settings to make the change.

I have went through whole process of taxes, and at end of process it ask about how you want pay, I ck k on Turbo tax up to 4000 instantly it tells me sending code to //PII removed// but it bever cones

Yes, you can update your Email address in TurboTax

Log into TurboTax

On the left sidebar.

1. Scroll down and select Intuit Account
2. Six boxes will appear
3. Click Sign in & security
4. Your account information, including Phone number and Email are available to be updated.
