Why can't I pay turbotax with my refund? I'd like to get a callback but don't see a number.

My refund is more than it is asking me for yet I can't use it.

There is an additional fee for paying with your refund which is $39.99.  Your Federal refund would need to cover your TurboTax fees & the extra $39.99.

Why can't I deduct my TurboTax fees from my refund?

There are several situations where you won't be able to use the Pay With My Refund service, including:

• You're filing a paper return
• You don't have a federal refund
• Your federal refund isn't enough to cover the fees
• You're filing with a foreign address
• Form 8888 is in your return
• You already used the service when you initially e-filed your federal return
• You already filed your federal return and are now only filing your state return
