Why can't I pay to file my taxes out of my return? I am using deluxe and it said I could when I first started [profanity removed]

Supposedly that will be activated in a week or two.

...but note that there is an added fee of $40 for doing it that way....so your Federal refund (not state) has to be $40 higher than your software fees...that isn't tolerable to many people.
