Why can't I import or map my expenses into turbo tax from quickbook online?

I have cleaned my books and are ready for tax filing but I cannot import or map my expenses from quickbook into turbo tax online. I tried many ways and one of them was to do it from quickbook itself but keeps bring me back to turbo tax online without importing my expenses. Please help as I have already spoken to several agent from quickbook and turbo tax and they are also confused.

I did. All three agents I spoke to referred me back to Turbo Tax. They said the problem is with Turbo not Quickbook. My book keeping is clean and ready, but the option to file tax on Quickbook takes me back to Turbo Tax live and none of my expenses are transferred or mapped. I have been trying to figure this out since last month, but looks like no body has an answer.
