You might want to give it some time, as in trying later today or tonight since their 1099-CONS appear as if they have just been released this morning.

You may also want to check and make sure your financial institution or brokerage is a TurboTax 1099 partner. If it is and you are still having issues, please see the FAQ link provided below for assistance:
What if I can't import my 1099
E*Trade and MorganStanley (the latter now owns E*Trade) are both TurboTax 1099 partners but I was unable to download a 1099-DIV earlier this morning.
However, I was able to download that same 1099 within the last hour so you might want to try importing again as it should now be successful.
I still can't uplpad my E*Trade 1099-Consolidate form to TurboTax. First it said I couldn't upload until the 13th. Then after 5:00. But still not joy. TurboTax or E*Trade issue? Has always worked in past years.
