Why can't I get my stimulus check on my intuit card

The IRS has my intuit info but still wants my bank information why

It depends.

Have you filed your 2019 return yet?  Or are you in the process of filing your 2019 tax return?

The IRS is using the most recent information filed with them to process the stimulus payments.

See below for more guidance on the Turbo Visa Debit Card as it applies to your situation.

• I have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, there is nothing more you need to do. You will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit on 4/15. You can sign in to your account to check your balance here: https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/login 

• I no longer have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account (https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen).

• If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.

Everyone i know including myself that filed with turbotax and got their refund via turbo debit card...NONE of us has gotten our stimulus! Everyone i know luckily was able to get into the irs website and change their perferred banking info. But myself i cant access it at all. Says something about info they have cant determine stimulus eligibility when i know im eligible! And cant go any further. So im stunned on what i can do to try and fix the issue?! Cant contact the IRS,i even paid extra for the turbo deluxe just im cade of any issues or to have to talk to a LIVE agent...and can't even do that!! Please...help! I hope the issue (w IRS not able or major issues with our turbo debit cards not able to receive the stimulus checks) is resolved ASAP!! Please get in touch with me and let me know! Thank you...
