Why can’t I file my state return in the TurboTax app? And when I go online the site will not load?

What error are you getting? Why is it not letting you file?

It isn’t giving me any error.  It simply will not load.  The circle spins, but it jumps as if it’s lagging, and it will just continuously do that.

Try deleting and reinstalling your app.

Just tried that and it still isn’t working.  It still takes me out of the app to the browser.

If you are selecting Transmit my return now and it doesn't work, you might need to troubleshoot your web browser:

1. Turn off pop-up blockers.
2. Try using a different web browser.
3. Delete your browser cookies.

It's possible you are not able to e-file because your tax forms aren't ready yet. Some state forms have not been finalized yet. Forms are released by state and federal taxing authorities periodically throughout the year. We appreciate your patience as we make the forms ready as soon as possible.
