Why can't i file Form 8995 for 2023 amended return?

for each activity, there's a check box or question as to qualifying for the QBI deduction. if you check yes, then Turbotax should have asked additional questions to determine the deduction. Didn't answer yes, then it probably never asked about QBI (the 8995)
