Why can I not print my Connecticut 2023 return today?

Why can I not print my Connecticut 2023 return today? It tells me some forms are not ready - It 1/28/24?

The IRS will begin to accept/reject 2023 e-files on January 29.   And….a state return cannot be accepted until after the IRS accepts your federal return.
